I want this Nexus because I've wanted one since last year's Nexus 6. But with the problems that plagued that phone, notably the swelling battery that caused the back to come apart, I got scared off of it.
Having used a Huawei device before, I'd been following this Nexus 6P launch since March. Anything I'd find of note about the phone, whether it be specs, design, or videos on other Huawei phones for reference, I'd post about in the forum, keeping other users informed.
But really, I just think it would be awesome to use a phone as Google intends it to be - fast and fluid, not bogged down by carrier bloat and OEM skins. I'm not one for gimmicks, rather a phone that just works.
There are many phones on the market for different segments of Android users that cater to specific needs or wants. As far as pure, unadulterated stock Android, though, after many attempts, I think Google has finally made an all-around winner in the 6P.
Battery has always been first on my list of important features on Android phones, and I'd love to test Doze, as well as the convenience of the fingerprint scanner. As a listener of music every day, front-facing speakers? Yes!
