This is for my wife. She has a great messaging phone but it is slower than molasses for the internet and she is waiting patiently for a new phone. This would make a great mothers day gift for her. And once again she will have a better phone than me... Plus add another one to the Android market share!

Storm 1

Been using the Storm 1 for over a year now, can't remember how many hybrids I've installed on this thing.

I currently have a Blackberry 8130 "Pearl". Honestly I could make do with it. It's not a horrible phone...except the paint it coming off...the App ability is horrible...I have to turn the phone a bit sideways when typing a message, because some kind of lining on the inside of the screen casing is covering the left side of the screen. With Blackberry the typing is lacking in the fact it makes up words for you and not being able to fully see the left side of the screen makes it difficult to send professional emails from because it will make up a word and you can't see it! On top of that I've been waiting 3 months for the Nexus One to come to Verizon or at least a CDMA version to be released...and now it's canceled. So I've had this phone entirely too long waiting on a phone that has now been canceled! There are plenty of people that have it way worse than I do...but I wouldn't mind having one!

I have a Storm2 that was a transfer from a Tour which was transferred from a Storm 1. Before the Storm 1 I had the iPhone 3G with ATT in NY/NJ.

Help me PLEASE!!

When I got the BlackBerry Tour, the salesman said I was getting the best smartphone Verizon had at the time. Well, this fact is debatable as the BB has by far been the worst phone I have ever possessed. Installing an app takes no less than 5 minutes and completely shuts down the phone's other functions. My fondest moments are when you have a scheduled interview and the phone hard-resets itself for 10 minutes when you hit "answer." Please get me something Incredible!!!

Warning: Sad story

As of right now I have an LG Dare, the screen looks awful and is staring to act up by thinking I am touching it when in fact I am not. It drops call all of the time. The internet browsing is horrible so I don't even have internet on it. I need a smart phone. My quest for the next best phone (on the Verizon network) started at the beginning of 2010. I had found it. The phone of my dreams. The Google HTC Nexus One. It was coming to Verizon!! I was overcome with joy. I followed this thing from early on and became a big fan of Android. Well i was so excited I bought a case, holster, and screen protector for the Nexus One that I did not have yet. March 23rd came and went (1st big disappointment for the VZW N1) and more rumor dates did the same as well. And today, yes today (April 26, 2010) I wake up to check the news that I follow and there it was. On twitter and reported on forums...No Verizon Nexus One will be released, get a Droid Incredible instead. Huge shock and sadness came over me. While the Incredible is not a bad phone at all it simply wasn't the N1. But I have overcome my (not so much of a ) loss, and am excited to know I am getting a phone VERY soon. It would so nice to win one. As I am sure I am not the only one with a similar story, the Verizon Nexus One died before it truly had lived. Long live the Droid Incredible. Help me AndroidCentral.

EDIT: I can't even return the accessories. With that being said, A Google desktop dock, Innocase II with holster and a screen protector for the Nexus One is for sale if anyone is interested. I should mention they are all brand NEW.

Oh god I can't wait to get my first smartphone! I would immediately download a flux capacitor app and surf the web at 88 miles an hour until I showed up in the Verizon store 2 years ago where I was purchasing my LG VX8350 (the phone I still use to this day) and bust out my Incredible. When my previous self's HEAD EXPLODED I would take a glorious 8 megapixel picture of it, only to watch myself slowly fade out of the shot. Minutes later I would go further back in time, fix the situation, get the girl, AND punch a bully in the face! All this while simultaneously running an app in the background playing Doo-wop music. Carpe diem boys.

The Sorry old phone i'm using is the HTC Mytouch 3G, No Android 2.1 nor Sense, No multi-touch and all the really cool apps are for phones that are faster with higher res. Wow, These days it only takes about a year for that shiny new phone to turn into a sorry old phone. Hopefully you can bless me with an Incredible new phone on a Incredible new network.

the android dog!

i'm on a sorry dog of an android phone the htc hero on sprint. sure, it looks pretty to other phones, but it's being laughed at by other superior android phones. help!

So my "Sorry old phone" is a palm pre; however, I am happier with that phone then I thought I could ever be with a phone. The main reason I would love an incredible is that the only android experience I have had was 2 weeks with a Samsung moment and I would love to have the chance to compare Android and WebOS side by side on a better device than the moment. In addition I've always felt that Android was my least favorite OS of the the big players in the mobile space WebOS, Iphone OS, BB OS, Android, and I love the opportunity to try Android out on some of the best hardware the mobile space has to offer.

I <3 Incredible

I currently have the BB Storm 1. And like everyone else, it is pretty much self explanatory.

As a refresher:
1. I could run a mile faster than it takes to load a webpage with its browser
2. Its spell-check will correct words to wronger words ei: "altough" to "altouggh"
3. It's the reason I need to wear a belt on my pants.
4. It's amazing there is even enough app-memory to load the operating system.
5. I can also run another mile before its camera takes a photo.
6. It will refuse to play back its own video it recorded...
7. There might as well not be a battery cover, because I am always removing it to pull the battery.
8. It will sometimes decide to play its own ringtone, just depending on its mood.
9. I could run 10 miles before this thing boots up.
10. It's a BB. No fun. No play. No excitement. No visual thrills. Might as well be in black and white.

I feel anyone with this phone deserves a Droid Incredible. We have been through enough.

Make my phone smart again, bring on the Droid Incredible.

I have no phone to speak of. 2 Blackberry's in 2 months have decided to go out on me and to make things even worse I have been traveling non-stop for the past 3 months. No time to get a new phone. This would be the ultimate phone for me, but to be honest 2 months without a phone and I would settle for anything!

My Samsung Sway is apparently a "smart" phone. It has such a stupid unlock feature (hit the raised OK button twice) that, while in my pocket, it can decide to reply to text messages all on its own. It also developed the ability to download from verizon ringtone apps. like the same one 8 times in 10 minutes. awesome.

Crappy old curve.

Right now I am using a crappy old Blackberry Curve 8330. This thing crashes several times a day, and has about a 20 minute battery life. The trackball doesn't track up half of the time. What's worse is that this is my business phone. Its very professional to say "wait, I'll call you back, my phone is going dead," 5 times a day to potential customers. Needless to say I need an upgrade bad!

Saddest of the sad

I currently use a Motorola phone, but nothing as fancy as a Droid or Blur or anything like that; it's a v551 - like 6 years old. To make it even worse, I'm on AT&T.
I've been waiting patiently for an N1 on Verizon, but I've given up that dream and look forward to an Incredible.

Ok, so I bought the CrapBerry Storm1 on launch day. I've probably done 9000 battery pulls (not exagerating at all!), and I probably need to have some experimental Carpal Tunnel Syndrome surgery done to my thumbs. SO...please pick me to win the Incredible!

I've got a crappy Verizon Escapade. A flip-phone for crying out loud! I've been oggling the glorious touchscreens in the Verizon store for ages now, but I just can't afford it. Would someone like to make my day?

Oh please let me have this phone

I'm still rocking a Sony w810i that's held together with pocketlint and palm sweat. It drowned in a monsoon a few months ago and has never been the same. Most days I have to jiggle the proverbial handle by resetting the sd card. On the upside, people think it's retro chic, so there's that.

:)

My wife currently has a beat down G1 and it breaking down on her. It would be great if I would win a Droid Incredible for her. :)
