"Rockin'" a Storm 1, Baby!!! Yeah, I know, but I don't have an upgrade available... I selflessly took care of my wife first. I really dig her Moto Droid and can't wait to make the jump to a current platform.

I am so damn sick of battery pulls, laggy performance, and (probably most of all) not being able to do CRAP with my browser! It is RIDICULOUS! Sure it's a good messaging phone; but good luck if you wanna do more than e-mail or bbm. I usually end up having my daughter look things up for me on her Eris.

Yes, you read that correctly. My daughter has a better phone than me.

Please help AC. I'm dying here with this lame brick of a device. and there's no light at the end of this tunnel until December.

Thanks!

PS: I guess I'm still technically a crackhead; but I'm trying so hard to kick the habit. Please be my rehab!!!

My sorry ass phone is an Eris. It's not really all that sorry just very underpowered. The real sorry thing about it is that I'm stuck with it until 8/2011. On the bright side, by then the phones should be able to do some pretty funky crap. Maybe it'll fly or make me toast. Either one is alright with me.

please, i have an original storm. i need to get rid of this thing! no sound, no ringer, no music on it! im going crazy!

World of Slow

I have an old Blackberry World phone. I can't explain how slowly it runs. Add to that having to clear out my Google Maps cache once a week b/c the map data is eating up the precious 7 megabytes of free space. Please free me from this painfully slow phone! I was excited to get a Nexus One... but we all know how that isn't going to happen...

My sorry old phone is an LG Dare. Thats right, the original Verizon touchscreen dumbphone. I really think its time for an upgrade as this thing reboots itself thrice a week!

I really need a new phone. I'm still using the BB Storm 1 and the battery is not holding a charge anymore. I would really love the incredible to be my introduction into the android platform!

Would love a new modern phone instead of my ancient iPhone along with being on a new network where 3G might actually work now and phone calls can be made. That's not too much to ask, is it?

I'm still rocking my LG Dare, it's on it's last leg and I am holding out for my new every 2 but with my wedding will be happy with whatever phone I can get! The Incredible would be just that!

I have an old Blackberry 8330.

I would be really excited to land one of these phones, for the simple reason that I am still giving it to my friend and the N1 got shot down.

I will be happy to win it for him though, as I have bad blood with Verizon and will be shopping the EVO this Summer.

If I win, I won't be destroying his Storm1 so badly, when the EVO releases.

My sorry old phone is a BlackBerry Storm 9530 and ever since getting it, I have had nothing but problems, getting replacements several times. It seems that every time I hear about a new OS revision it seems to fix as many problems as it fixes. I've been wanting an Android-based phone since the G1 came out. Please help me upgrade - both in phone and OS.

sorry or unincredible?

My phone is good at calls and messaging b/c I have the nations most reliable network...the internet connects when I access it, but there is no snapdragon processor so it is sorry as far as speed goes.

If I need apps chances are I will have to pay for them.

Email is nice as I can choose to delete from just the device or online too. Beware it doesn't automatically sync my contacts...

Or remember my apps b/c my email isn't a fundamental part of the operating system.

It only has 1 home screen and no widgets.

An hour glass symbol comes up frequently when I attempt to run apps...

If I give any more info I am at risk of leaking confidential info...then I may not see tomorrow.

So about a year ago, the Motorola Razr (the original) that I'd been using for the last 6ish years finally died & I started looking for a new phone & thought that I'd step it up to a smartphone. I was going to get an iPhone, but my brother was somehow able to convince my to get "the coolest new thing coming out", The Palm Pre (the original on Sprint)... At first, it was okay. But with every update it seemed like more things were broken & it just got slower & slower until I was just beyond fed up. I thought that I'd just ditch it altogether for a Droid until I started seeing things about the Incredible... Please deliver me from my Palm Pre hell to the awesome that is the Incredible!

android!!!!!!

My girlfriend has the g1 and makes me look bad with her navigation and html web. The sad thing is i know more about android then she does. I have been stuck with the lg fusic for to long. The screen is cracked and I had to duck tape the battery to stay on otherwise I have to hold it on whenever I am using it. I dont even have the web on my phone. I watch videos and read android news all the time and just pray that one day I will have enough money to buy an android phone. To have gps the web and android market would be awesome let alone a freakin htc incredible!!!!

Save me from my Curve!

I have an 8330 that is a peace of junk... besides that it looks like crap (my fault), it also works like crap too. The phone freezes all the time, apps suddenly disappear, rings when its on silent, alarm randomly doesn't go off, call quality bites, phone suddenly restarts, and apps wont download to fun... so yeah, great phone.... I wanna drop RIM and go to Android!!! :)

I have a Blackberry Storm 1. In the beginning I loved the phone. I wasn't many of the people who rushed out and got it and very disappointed with it. I waited until there were a couple of updates to make the phone a little better. A year has past and the phone did not improve the way I thought it would. The Storm 1 is now discontinued, and RIM has not had many OS updates since the Storm 2 has come out. My Storm now has 4.6 MB of application memory left. The memory goes all the way down to 0.0 MB. Everyday I have to reboot the phone. The phone lags, and locks up due to the lack of memory. This phone has started to become a huge pain in the behind. I'm at the point where I am ready to take a sledge hammer to it and just wait for my new every to come around.

No sad story here...I rock a Droid. That fact does not however diminish my zeal for newer Android products. Hand it to me slowly...

P.S. Sure is a lot of one post guys on here...hmm!

I'm using a Blackberry Tour on VZW. It has been almost a year of disappointing Operating Systems and when 5.0 FINALLY arrives it is a bigger disappointment than the leaks we were given. You can't click on a link in the native browser unless you repeatedly do so, the memory leaks like a sieve, battery life now sucks BAD, and I spend time on the PC or the Blackberry trying to make it run even better, but nothing works. I'm so tired of buying themes, or apps that should've been included in the operating system to begin with. There are no decent games, etc. I ALMOST bought a dumbphone just cause I'm so fed up. RIM still says they have improvements, but there trying to be and Android with widgets and whatever, but their stubbornness and lack of forward thinking has left me INCREDIBLY uninspired. Please have pity upon a poor lost soul and allow me the pleasure of owning a REAL smartphone. The feeling of owning an Android would be, well, INCREDIBLE.

I am using a tired old Blackberry Storm. Other than having to reboot it every day, constantly running out of RAM, dealing with the sorry web browser and waiting for it to think all the time, it isn't that bad of a phone.

Droidtastic!

I am currently using the Droid, but obtaining the Droid Incredible would be like I am starting up a Droid family. It's a good thing ;-)
