I put my brand new zfold 6 on the charger overnight and it went to 100% according to the battery history but when I woke up the wireless charger light was green and the battery was at 92%. I don’t have any of that battery protect stuff on. Is it normal for it to not keep charging once it hits 100% then start discharging?

It is but it also depends on the charger you're using (some 'protect' the charging device automatically and they may vary at which level they will resume charging a device). That being said, I don't think 92% is that common (I've seen my phones at 95), but I don't have a Fold to test.

Also depends with case or without,
Some chargers don't charge well and start blinking and then stops charging

I agree sometimes the chargers will blink and actually not be charging although the phones on it.

This happened to my wife's S24U, it turns out it was an off-brand charger that we got. I guess we get what we paid for.
