Wobbly buttons?

I noticed a few days ago that my home and menu buttons were a bit wobbly. I probably wouldn't have noticed if the search and back buttons weren't so firm. They function about the same, it's just that they feel wobbly (almost as if they're 'cheap'). Is anyone else noticing this? Also, do you think it's worth it for me to try to get them fixed/replaced? Or would that be too much time and effort?

They're probably all like that, so no point in trying to fix it. I did find this annoying the first few days because i felt like i was going to break them. I really miss the soft keys on the original droid.

The camera button and volume rocker on the droid 1 seemed to last and there was alot more movement with them. So i'm not so worried.

Hmm..okay, thanks.

(Although for the record, I'm not worried about the camera button and volume rocker breaking...as they do feel really stable...)

i think a part of my "home screen" key partially broke. i used to be able to tap on it and get to home screen and then tap it again and get to my app screen. now it only takes me back to the home screen.

did i do something wrong?

You can set the behavior yourself as to what the double tap does on the home button. Also, installing some things, like a new launcher, may disrupt the default setting.

The latest update removed that functionality. The double tap can not be set to open the app drawer. There was a discussion about why it was removed somewhere.

The buttons seem to be wobbly, but I have had no trouble with the function of the buttons.

Well...it's good to know that I'm not the only person with this...although with that being said, may camera button started jiggling today. :( (As in half of it can go down, in both directions, before the first click is made).

mine do it, but so does every other X i've seen

i absolutely hate this design choice, but they work for now

Same here that's why i order a silicone gel case that will cover all the buttons to insure the wobble is kept at a minimum.
