Wondershare mobile app recognising GG but saying it's in sleep mode. Wanyed to side load apps. While if I connect Note 3 it' says first that device is in sleep mode than a prompt comes to activate screen and reinsert USB and and when I do that it connects to its file system so it is working. But GG is not, any work around for GG as that's not connecting.
