When I power on my phone it goes to a logo screen "4G Lte" screen and hangs there. Battery pull offers no help.

Any suggestions?

Define "hangs there" The phone has a fast boot mode and a regular mode. The regular mode can take a bit of time

Sits there forever. I'll look at some of the boot loop threads

The white HTC screen comes up, then the beats logo, then just sits at a black screen with "4G LTE" on it

Had a bad bluetooth connection. Unpaired then re-paired my BT. Powered down, then the best I remember, it didn't st]art up again.

Sorry, it's all a blur to me now

My battery is pretty dead now. I'm going to put it on the charger and come back in a few hours.

Thanks all

I can't get to the dialer to try the "*#*#4636#*#*" thing I've read about

Pull out your sim card, then reboot, in settings>mobile network>Network mode, then change lte/cdma to cdma only>exit, power down, reinsert sim, boot up, then go change it back to lte/cdma
