Won't Charge After Upgrade to 4.3

I recently downloaded the update from T-mobile to 4.3. Before I did that my phone would charge normally and quickly. After the update it now takes over 12 hours to charge to full battery. has anyone else been having this issue? Is there a fix I am unaware of?
