Wont start. Flashing logo

My tablet will not charge with original or any other charger. Will not turn on. Tried using power and volume button. when i plug it in charger all I get is flashing HP logo

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably a bad motherboard. There may not be much you can do, sorry!
