So I ordered with my AMEX and got a email from AMEX calling the phone purchase as a fraud!! WTH then I have to call AMEX to confirm that this was not an fraud and I did too ordered the phone. If this is what is keeping me from getting a tracking....efff you AMEX!

I am sorry but AMEX sucks! I used my debit card. I have had nothing but bad luck with AMEX. I told them to F off. (This is my personal oppinion)

Called verizon today to see if I was going to get the microSD card with it, and the lady said that it WAS included in my order.

Yay I literally JUST got an email from Verizon saying my order has shipped and I should receive it by 4:30PM April 28.

this happened to me also with my credit card, call VZW Order Processing and have them process the card and it will ship today. I got the fraud call on sat around 4pm est. Told the bank to approve it but it was to late, they already denied the order. I was pissed so I called the Order Processing Team and gave them my order number. The lady ran a different credit card number, approved and processed and shipped out same day. I am getting it on Wed.. Call the number below if anyone is having problems with their order. They pick up the phone right away and are great.

I have a tracking # and email, but just a fyi my status on Verizon is still the same. Although my package was picked up by Fedex about 15 minutes ago according to the tracking #
Would this apply to all orders? My order #327519xxx has not been changed online (still at "wait/approval"). But, if I were to call VZW Order Processing and ask them to go ahead and process my card, would they then ship my phone, even though it's not in the batch of numbers that is currently being shipped?
I just called the Internet Orders number that slumpey gave. The lady said they are working on processing all those orders from last week and that it's a huge process to get it done, but that as far as she knew, they are NOT out of stock and EVERYONE who orders before 4/28 at 4pm will receive a phone on 4/29.

try it and see what they said. I called them because my order was denied by the bank because they thought it was fraud (way to go BofA
). I wanted to make sure my order wasnt completely canceled so that was why I called them. They were great.Whendid it ship? when did you order it?? Did the tracking # say it was going to be delivered on the 26?

shiped on the 23. i didnt even check up on it. i was expecting it on thursday. it just showed up and i looked at the shipping info after it got here
