Woot! Order status changed!

I haven't received any order status change yet and I just checked. I ordered on 4/22 though and my order # starts with 520****

They just moved from the 519's to the 520's last night - the next important set of numbers are the next three numbers - so if they're low, you should be soon, if they're high, it may be a few days.

I placed my order on the 19th to upgrade my storm and just realized (while reading through this thread because I wanted to check my order status) that they never sent me an order number!

I think I might have to order it again if it was never processed. I hope this doesnt delay the shipping!

Thanks! My credit card hasn't been charged yet either.

I wouldn't be surprised if FedEx holds the package under the "exception" status until Thursday for delivery. I wouldn't get overly excited about it until it's on my doorstep and in my hand!

yeah i hope to get mine early but i am not going to bet on it. I have had things held before, they have a sticker that says do no deliver until "date" kinda sucks but oh well.

Woot! Woke up this AM to an email from Verizon saying my phone shipped! Complete surprise there. Since I selected free 2-day I'm guessing that means I should get it on Tuesday, couple days early!

I got the shipping update email at 10am this morning. My order # was 327384xxx but I paid for overnight shipping, it says shipping out today 4-25 2day to arrive by 7pm 4-28. Doesnt make any sense to me. I emailed CS and complained that I want it shipped overnite dammit.

I know FedEx doesnt do any pickups sundays, so it should be shipping out tomorrow and I usually get 2 day packages overnight because I live in NJ. Let's see what happens.

They're just up to 327406xxx right now. Another forum figured out the trend with the order numbers, those starting with 327, 519 and 520. So there's still a way to go to get from 406 to 477.

if they did it right, it will ship all the way to the local distribution center, and then it will be held until the 29th, all they have to do is tell fedex to deliver by a certain day.

If I got that message and got this on the 29th, instead of the 28th, I'd be getting a free phone. The most it should be is 28th starting with Monday (business day). Apple normally holds orders, but they never have the "2-3 days" for it to land earlier.

You could might right, but my story would be "I used a vacation day for Tuesday and Wednesday and had to take a sick day Thursday"... lol.
