Its cool and all but the customers think they are entitled to everything because they are "long time customers" I get that and I appreciate the business but when you have 10+ non pay suspensions and carry a past due balance I don't feel sorry for you when we push back your upgrade dates... if you can't afford the bill why are you buying new phones? Anyone dig this??

I can see, say someone like myself ;), who feels "entitled" to service and maybe some leeway with certain things as I pay my $140 bill every month and have never been late, ever.

However, people who are always late and irresponsible always believe they are entitled to things.
When you become a PAYING customer; then, we'll talk.
