Its cool and all but the customers think they are entitled to everything because they are "long time customers" I get that and I appreciate the business but when you have 10+ non pay suspensions and carry a past due balance I don't feel sorry for you when we push back your upgrade dates... if you can't afford the bill why are you buying new phones? Anyone dig this??
