Would Strava/ GPS work for a 54 mile run?

Hey guys I plan on running a 54 mile ultramarathon in South Africa next June. I plan on running it in about 11 hours. Do you think the battery in the 46mm LTE model would last that long?
I plan on purchasing one of these soon.
And I would prefer to run without my phone.

The Comrades? Nice! I have an S2 Classic with a Galaxy Watch "under the Christmas tree." When I bought my S2, I was taking what I had hoped would be a temporary break from ultras. It's been a couple of years but I can't remember how long I pushed the S2. I know that I ended up buying a Garmin Fenix 3HR when I got back into ultras (which performed great). Sadly, I've not done any more ultras longer than a 50k since then. But I will say this from my experience with the S2, battery life was severely affected by low cell signal and gps usage.

Sadly, either way, I'd really question the ability to run the phone and keep the LTE connection going for 11 hours. I mean, there are plenty of Garmins that are running low at 11 hours. My Fenix 3HR struggles to hit 20 hrs in normal GPS mode. And that's without a cellular connection. I just don't think we are there, yet, in terms of battery life.
