Would you buy again?

No, but I can say that it lasts longer than the OEM battery.

As was mine, at least by casual observation (in actuality it was probably the first custom ROM I flashed that was making the difference). CPU-Z is worth a download. It's free and will verify the actual mAh. If you find out that's the actual capacity I would buy the damn thing myself lol.

Whoa! You're right. Says 3000 mAh.

Every LG phone I have seen other people buy have a low low internal memory. I suppose that is not an issue with this phone?

Bummer. I woulda grabbed it in a heartbeat. Thanks for checking!

Yeah, I too was ready to grab it, but given the identical physical size to stock, I feared it was another mislabeled model, hence my request. Seems you were thinking much like me in this case.

All US variants have 3GB of memory. Outside of the US, 2GB and 3GB. Or are you referring to internal storage and not memory?

I would definitely buy again, knowing what I know now about this phone. Nothing out there now can draw me away from the g3.

CPUz isn't always exactly accurate when reading battery capacity. I wouldn't trust CPUz, but I also wouldn't necessarily trust batteries from eBay.

I sold my G3 and got a Nexus 6.
Don't regret it at all and will buy an LG device in the future if the opportunity arises.
The situation on my upgrade arose and I wanted the N6 so I took it.

Looking forward to what the G4 has to offer.

Mav.

Yes.
Wife has an M8, daughter has an S5, son has a Note4, my other phone is an iPhone 6+.
Looking at all of these, using both my devices, I have to say the G3 is the best of the bunch.

Now the LG G3 has been out for a while I was wondering if owners of the phone would buy it again or would have gone for a different device?

Only reason I am asking is I am in the process of selling my Galaxy note 3 due to it having some kind of battery issue brought around by android 4.4.2 and the G3 is the only other device in my price range that i'm considering due to its screen size. I've previously owned an m8 and s5 but found that I prefer bigger screen phones.

Anyones thoughts are appreciated :)

Have you seen the Asus that is coming out. That looks similar and has some nice specs. I think its called the Zenfone 2?

Looks okay but it's taller and wider than the G3, has the disadvantage of hardware buttons, non-removable battery (same capacity as the G3, though), lower PPI, but has the cool Intel Atom Z3580 CPU, which CRUSHES benchmarks. 4GB memory isn't going to add anything, really. It's priced at $200 but only for the 16GB/2GB RAM version. It also adopts the G3's curved back design, as well as no side buttons and very closely related volume/power button setup.

I would buy it again without hesitation... in fact, I WILL be. :) I swapped out my LG G3 for a Nexus 6... but once I get the chance, I'll be switching my wife's Nexus 5 over to a G3. Great phone.

Just got mine today, been setting it up for the last few hours. No issues at all. Not overheating, no lag, no battery issues, nothing. Battery got here at 52%, and charged well while I was doing everything. Hit 100% about an hour in, while I was using it. The screen is amazing....haven't had a chance to shoot anything yet, but tomorrow I will.

I was so worried that some of the issues I have see non here would happen right out of the box, but it seems very stable, and nothing has happened to make me concerned at all. I am a happy camper. And obviously I would do it again. I see no reason I would have any issues later on either....not very hard on my phone. Unless I got a lemon, but right now, I think I got a good one....

Yes, I absolutely would. I picked mine up in July and have been very happy with it. There isn't a phone out now that I would choose over it. In fact, I'll probably upgrade to the G4 when that comes out.

Absolutely yes, I love this phone and it has not failed me in any aspect. Almost certainly will update to G4.
The funniest thing to me is that from all the people that see this phone and handle it for the first time among my acquaintances, the guys with iPhones like it the most, and are impressed with it.

I would have chosen differently. I love the concept of the phone but it lags. Freezes when browsing more than other phones I've had. If the screen is on for more than 5 minutes it gets HOT...hotter than any other phone I've had by far.The camera is less impressive than my old galaxy 3 and galaxy 5. Maybe I've just had bad luck with mine, I'm on Verizon and seems like most people having issues are on the Verizon variant. Maybe lollipop will solve these issues for me,would like to be able to use ART and see how that goes. I will say the phone was great for the first 2 months.
