Would you buy your Nexus again?

I would buy this phone again, yes. I use Touchdown for connecting to Exchange. It works great.

For stock, there's nothing else to consider.

If it's easy to root and replace Touch Whizz on the S3, maybe that.

Yeah, I'm going to first try the native Email client to Exchange but I've heard it's pretty deficient and that a lot of folks use (and for the most part like) Touchdown. So I'm poised to get Touchdown at some point.

p.s. In a few days I take the plunge (I've ordered a case & some screen protectors on Amazon that will arrive by Monday). I'll be one of those grandfathered unlimited data plan folks that VZW has for the past year or so been assuring that they wouldn't lose unlimited when upgrading from 3G to 4G phone. But I'm slightly nervous that in the next week or two they might introduce their new data/share plans and renig on the grandfathering.
