"Would you like to install _____" menu keeps popping up

Okay, so yesterday I was trying to bootleg a copy of the Drastic DS Emulator for free. Now, every time my GS5 connects to WiFi, a menu comes up asking if I would like to install the emulator. I have already deleted all the files I downloaded, and cleared my browser app data, and it still happens. I disabled the "Trust Unknown Sources" option in my security settings, but now it keeps popping up and redirecting me to change the settings. Help please!

You got just what you paid for. Likely is against forum rules to assist with cracked software.
