It seems I'm like a lot of other Verizon Inc owners who upgraded to the S3 to retain the unlimited data plan.
I took a look at the Inc 4G yesterday and it wasn't as bad as the CNET review made it out to be. The main technical short-coming that I noticed was space for apps appeared to be limited to 1GB. I was disappointed in that design choice (assuming I understood this correctly).
Other than that, the higher-res display was great, the phone was quick and 4G was about as fast as it was on my S3 after some casual use.
I could go either way and the obvious differences between the S3 and Inc 4G is form factor. I'm starting to get used to the larger but thinner S3. Its performance is impressive and I like the fact that it's got 2GB RAM and 16GB memory that seems to be partitioned better. It's not a complete night-and-day difference and if I didn't have the S3 in hand and was looking at both models in the store, this original Dinc owner might have had to take some time to think about it.
