wrapped phone does not work with wireless charger

I have used 2 free Samsung puck wireless chargers with my note 5 with a thick platinum brand case as well as various thinner tpu cases similar to the spigen and they've both performed flawlessly since day 1 (Aug, 21). I have even purchased a few cheap $3 non branded wireless QI pucks that also work flawless despite the thickness of the case with room to spare! I've held my note 5 in mid air approximately 3mm above the chargers with the thick platinum case on it and it was still charging!

However, I do have Duracell pma chargers that are hit and miss depending on the case thickness. They won't charge with the platinum thick case at all so it seems they don't have as strong a distance clearance as the QI chargers I have.
