Wrong Kernel

Ok so i was following the mac root guide. (I only have a mac) and was moving onto the clockwork mod part when I mad a very stupid mistake. I installed the kernel for people planning to upgrade to froyo not people already with froyo. Now my phone is stuck in recovery and i do not know what to do. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Which kernel did you apply? I guess I'm a little lost... Maybe a little more information will help. When in recovery, can you select anything? Which recovery are you stuck in?

im sorry i am a little lost myslef. If you go to the mac users stickied thread and go down to the clockwork (red recovery) section. I applied the first option when I should have skipped it and installed just the scond option because i am already on froyo

So do you have clockwork recovery or stock recovery? If you have clockwork, place the kernel you want to flash on your SD card and flash with CWM. If you don't have clockwork, try going through the install again, and then use CWM to flash your kernel

If I have the option to install from sd so does that mean it is clockwork? It does not say clockwork on it though

What color is the text? Stock recovery is blue, anything else is Clockwork

Blue. And it is stuck in recovery so I cannot install clockwork...any ideas

You have to flash clockwork using Odin, then boot into recovery and flash the new kernel
