Long story short - it's about my Xperia Z3, which I've had for almost 3 weeks now. Lately it has been using the battery really fast. Also, when I have been sleeping and not using the phone, it went from around 75% to around 45%. Look at my screenshot below. It shows the battery usage. What do you suggest I do?

There nothing in that screenshot that looks out of the ordinary at first glance. The screen is by far and away the biggest drain. Next one is video. Which means you shouldn't really see much of a drop in battery when the phone is idle.
There's no times visible on that screenshot for context either.

Maybe better if you show the screenshot in English for us to be able to assist you better.

One thing you can do is to enable stamina mode. In the screenshot there, it's not turned on so you are getting a faster power drain.

I have about 2 days battery life for my phone.

To be fair, I think we can work out what everything on his screenshot is. There's symbols and most of the words are nearly the same.

I don't know where to change the language on the phone.
Oh, I forgot to mention that my phone already is in Stamina mode, and has been for the last couple of days. It is actually pretty weird...

You don't have the stamina mode symbol up top though. Might have to change some of the settings in stamina mode.

It was more of a general comment.

Go to Settings -> Language & Input -> Languages

To check your Stamina mode icon if it's off.

Settings -> Personalization -> Status bar icons
If Stamina is in fact checked for the icon for it to display, then that means your Stamina mode is off in the power settings.

Now it looks like this. I have turned Stamina mode off and on, but the battery icon still looks the same.

Click on the screen icon on the first battery usage photo. What's the screen on time? What's the number of hours on the battery?

Check the icon notification to see if it's turned on. If there is no option, I wonder if it's due to the firmware customization - Let us know which one you have; on the phone, type *#*#7378423#*#* (which is *#*#SERVICE#*#*) -> Service info -> Software info.

If that's the case, you may consider trying to flash the firmware to a different region which should fix that; just make sure to backup your phone first.

Note mine is the D6633 so the software info screen will have different info than yours.

All the icons are turned on, including the Stamina icon.

I honestly don't know much about firmwares and what all these numbers mean in the Software info. But maybe you can tell me when looking at my screenshot.

It's just letting the user know what firmware and customization is on the phone. Yours is he Customized NCB.

One of two things. One could be you may need to reset the phone. The other is could be that the customization for NCB may not actually have that icon available; meaning you may want to flash to a different region, like Customized US for example and it shouldn't have issues.

I just found out that Stamina mode was set to activate when the battery level went under 25%. Now I have turned it up to 100%, so it's always on. Thank you for all of your help. I appreciate it :)

Ahh yes, that will do it. The default is normally at 100%. Make sure, you have the apps you want still active in the active list like chat apps, email for instance or else you won't receive them until you wake your phone up.

Quick question about stamina mode. I turned it on, but then gave exceptions to email, Gmail, hangouts, etc. Will I still receive push email and messages. I do not want to miss anything as it states it turns the radio off. Thanks for the input.
