Yahoo mail android app screenshot not working

Hi,
I am trying to take to take screenshot from my yahoo mail app. But I get an error message that it is not.allowed to to low memory or restricted by the app provider. Phone is OnePlus 2, but I don't think this should matter as I am able to take screenshot from other screens and apps. There is good amount of memory and storage available and I have tried a couple of screen shot apps, the gave a black screen for Yahoo mail app.

I tried to look up online but no specific answer.

Any useful advise will be appreciated

Evidently the "restricted by the app provider" part is what's causing the problem. Try using the GMail app, with your Yahoo account entered into it.

I know that lots of banking apps disable the screen shots.
Seems like an odd thing do to for an email app.
