I'm waiting for them to close my trouble ticket they put out and call me back later today. I have already expressed my concern about going through multiple devices and have found the Galaxy Nexus unsuitable for me. I'm a little hesitant to ask for the S3, however I am very uninterested in all the other devices Verizon currently has. The reason I'm hesitant to ask for the S3 is because I have had faulty hardware with the 5 Galaxy Nexus' I have gone through, and seeing that the S3 is a Samsung, I might encounter the same problems again (hopefully not). We'll see what happens later today i suppose!
