Yoga Book opinions...

When I first saw the Yoga Book, I was drawn to it. Not so much for the keyboard, but for the note taking.

I hadn't much thought about it since, but checked EBay yesterday and resale prices seemed really low.

Is this a case of people just not "getting it", or is there some major flaw that showed up?

Lenovo's slow speed of OS support/updates has probably killed interest. If you check other forums, an update to a newer OS has been planned but has been delayed several times. Nougat is currently scheduled for October, a year after the initial release of the OS.

I got mine for note taking too and rarely use the keyboard. Also, Lenovo just announced new colors indicating IMHO that they're not yet abandoning the product. OTOH, Walmart is. I use BrickSeek.com and got mine for $300. Since then I've seen them as low as $249 at some Walmart stores. Good luck with your decision.
