I've used Pandora Premium, Spotify Premium, and Google Play subscription. I used Pandora until I learned about google play and its freedom. I also left Pandora because they cracked down on sharing the account, so the wife and I couldn't listen at the same time anymore. I loved Google play with all it's unlimitedness(that a word?). I hit a point where google play was not playing on any device at any speed steadily. This was about a year ago. Its like the servers were backed up all the time. I switched to Spotify for the family plan, and had three people on it. That's 20$ a month. We do a lot of driving, and I listen while at work so we needed separate accounts since you can't share.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, and google play finally unleashed their family plan. I switched IMMEDIATELY back. I can't stand Spotify. App isn't very intuitive. Google play app is a much better experience, and it is back to playing like it should. It saved me 5$ a month and gave me 3 more spots I can hand out. PLUS everybody gets you tube red included! It was a win win. So for me, Google play is still the best for the money. I also use Pandora Free sometimes on my Roku since they don't have google play, and streaming I do pandora some still too. They seem to use the least amount of data, and I only get 1gb a month.
