My YouTube app isn't available on my phone. But it shows up as installed. And I can't remove it either. Any ideas on how to access it or remove it?

I just got a used nexus yesterday and have the same problem. I hope someone has an easy solution.

Just found by searching that you can clear the data under google partner setup. This is in the settings under manage apps> all. Reset the phone and youtube should show up. I don't know if there are any negative side effects however.

Have you tried it yet? I will let you be the Guinea pig.

Oh yes I tried it and it worked fine. No problems that I can see.
