Youtube HD content not loading?

Hi all, I went to Sprint today to buy this phone, but neither Epic 4g Touch II in the store would load Youtube HD content. SD worked fine. Both phones had 4G connectivity. The settings on the phone seemed to enable it, and the Photon in the same store loaded the HD content just fine. Is this a normal issue with these phones?
