Hey guys,
So I was trying to upload a video to YouTube, however i get the message "currently unable to play video, please stop video and try again". I don't have the video playing as all my apps are closed. I have Facebook/messenger disabled. I can work around the issue by clearing the youtube cache in app manager. It's just annoying that everytime I want to upload a video I need to do this. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Please detail
