Ever used Universal Switch? I think it's useful for the physically impaired. You can control your phone by nodding your head, turning to the left/right, opening your mouth...it's crazy! It does other stuff too. This phone simply goes above and beyond.

It's in settings under accessibility>dexterity and interaction>universal switch
