Before the upgrade the battery lasted all day and some of next without recharging.
After the upgrade, I can see the counter drop, and in a 10 minute span with only light use it can drop from 50% charge to 1%.
I've tried some of the tips and tricks involved, such as stopping apps from autoupdating.
Thing is, I haven't installed anything new since the upgrade and I haven't changed my usage behaviour in the slightest.
What prompted me to make this post today is that this morning at 7AM I woke up to my phone at ca 50% charge and after playing around with it for about 20 minutes it had dropped to 1%. Out of curiosity I've simply continued using it without a recharge and now at 1433 it's still kicking around at 1% despite heavy use with bluetooth, mobile data and screen enabled.
I've tried restarting, and no dice. Still 1% battery power.
Chrome looks like a huge power hog at 20% with Skype at 14% followed by screen at 14% so I can understand that the two former apps are hungry. But what about the 1%?
The only thing that comes to mind that's changed about my setup is that I've bought a wireless charging pad with accompanying WCR14 charging cover.
Help!
Edit: I should also point out, this is a brand new phone. Been using it for about 3 weeks.
