Zenfone 2 not starting issue

I have a zenfone 2 ze551ml version with 2gb ram. today suddenly it became switched off and it is not starting now .when i long press the power button it vibrate two times and a usb sign comes on middle of the screen.when i tried to start it while charging then after long pressing power button it only vibrates and nothing happens.PLEASE HELP ME.
