I have my friends who rooted their phone and everthing started messing up with it. And, they asked me for a solution as my dad is using the same device. If he has any issues with his phone he just contacts the manufactures at 1-877-817-1759 and they had a great customer services who helped my dad with the phones issues. My personal suggestion for you is do not root the phone.
