ZTE z Max pro issues

Hello, i recently purchased a zte z max pro and if course i ended up having to bypass the Google account from previous owner. I successfully bypassed the lock but i have noticed that there are some apps that are missing and i cannot find them in the play store to even reinstall them. For instance the device unlock app or the gallery app. I cant seem to access the user profile for the phone itself either. What can I do to fix this? Please help.

How did you bypass Google's Factory Reset Protection?

Sorry we can't help since you bypassed the lock. If anything the seller should have been able to help with unlocking it. If they couldn't then it is most likely a stolen phone and we don't support stolen phones.
