zw2 and note 4?

So I had a 1st Gen moto 360 that crapped out on me so was under warranty so went to bb and they no longer sell the 1st Gen so got the moto 360 sport. Kinda small to read for my old eyes first off but thought I'd give it a shot for 199.00. Well can't get it to work won't stay connected even swapped it for another 360 sport even bb geek couldn't get it to work so they swapped it out I left went home same thing... so I'm going to give the zw2 a go see if it works with my phone. Anyone here using it with the note 4 non rooted and up to date?

While not the Note 4, I am using it with the Note 5 and it functions perfectly.

I am using both and love it.The Zenwatch 2 is a great watch at a great price. It works well with the the Note 4.

OK got the watch and it does the same thing the moto 360 did it pairs says it's updating /syncing the disconnects I tried clearing my cache partition on my phone uninstalled then reinstalled the android wear app same thing.... phone worked fine with my first Gen 360 so no idea what the deal is...

Still no luck unpaired reset the watch several times same thing must be something with my phone ....

The watch has not updated to 2.0 yet. I don't think 2.0 is not out yet. How do you like the watch so far?

At first battery life sucked but now it's fine. My old gear 2 was prettier and had more functions however for the price the Asus is great. Getting more than a day of battery now and that's all I need.

One little beef... if you use your own background on one of their watchfaces it is only visible when watch is active like when you raise your wrist. When running dim in its normal mode the background reverts to standard.
