Need to Unroot from Revolutionary

So before my warranty expires in June I need to send my phone to HTC for repairs, Power and volume buttons have sunken in, and now my screen is coming unglued. What is the best course for unroot? I know I need to get S-ON. Thanks peeps

You would think so but I really haven't, I am a heavy user but its always been in a case and never dropped bad. Thanks for the link
