Galaxy S3 not able to update

Hello,

I have a US Cellular Galaxy S3, running stock 4.1.1. I know there is an update available ota. When I click 'Software Update' in Settings, it highlights, then doesn't give me any notice. Regardless if the update is available for my phone yet or not, it should inform me that there is no update available. I have restarted the phone, connected to a secure home wifi, and tried this on multiple occasions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You can also use Samsung Kies to get Updates. Not Kies Air.
