Are we really going to see the 4.4 kitkat update?

I've been reading posts all around the internets that the DDNA will see it by the end of first quarter. Do you guys think this will happen this soon after we get 4.2.2?

Rumors are rumors, wait until an official announcement comes. I think it could happen. But knowing HTC, their priorities are elsewhere.

I don't care if we get it or not. I didn't really care about the last one either. Yea updates are nice unless it's the typical Verizon update that breaks 2 things for ever 1 it fixes. I was happy with my DNA before the last update and will be happy with it if we never get another one . I have never been able to say that about a phone before.

I don't care what kind of phone you have, that's not how I judge someone's worth or intelligence.

It already did... My DROID DNA with Verizon has ANDRIOD 4.2.2 and SENSE 5...

He was, but was also saying he hasn't gotten the SENSE 5 update... I was showing him pics of 4.2.2 with Sense 5.... 4.4 will come with Sense 5.5 which i have heard looks even better

I was surprised to get 4.2.2 and Sense 5, not really what I was looking for but I'm getting used to it. It works pretty OK.
I got my DNA for free this spring after watching updates on my 2yo Thunderbolt starting with Froyo and moving to ICS.
I'm pretty happy and I like to think VZW wants to keep us that way.
It really is a crazy new business model.
