Renamed SD Card's Name Won't Stick

I've renamed my SD card (when it was connected to my PC) but it reverts back to its "removable disk" name the next time plug into my PC w/ my phone. Any ideas why it is not "sticking?" I am clicking twice in the name, renaming, then ejecting. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry - I gave it a few seconds after plugging in the unit to my PC again and it seems to be taking now. (DOLP!)

Right Click - Properties - General Tab and Rename. Should work better from here.
