Titanium backup and wiping sd card

i have my apps and contact and such backed up on titanium backup and mybackup root. I want to repartition my sd card or whatever to delete all the stuff except the backups. Is this possible? Will it do it normally? Thanks

hook up your phone to the computer and copy over the titanium folder onto your computer, my backup should have a folder too,,,then you can format your card, then transfer the folders back onto your phone
