No S2 in US until Apple and Sammy settle??

Apparently the S2 will NOT be released in the US until Apple and Samsung settle their patent infringment suit, Is this true and can anyone verify that for me? So, Samsung redesigned the handset and are releasing it as the Samsung R for 'redesigned'. They claim it is to have a lower price point and attract more lower and mid-level consumers, but is this really the case?

Where did you get any mention of a delay in S2 until a settlement is made. The article clearly states it is a mid level unit until the release of the S2.
