new to fascinate... new to android entirely with a question

First off, I want to say I love the forum and through the links provided I was able to root my phone on day 1 (had to have its meaning explained to me first lol) and put google back on like it deserves to be.

I do have a question though for someone with more knowledge. I go to a lot of concerts and would like to know if the camera is strong enough to take good quality videos of the shows or if I'm SOL?

solid phone regardless, but I really was hoping I could record my memories if possible.

I think the video is good quality the zoom might leave you out though.

Video quality is excellent, especially if you are close enough. The problem lies in the microphone. It wasn't really designed for picking up sound for video recording, and unfortunately there isn't a secondary mic designed for that purpose. I recently tried this out at a concert and the sound for the most part was unlistenable.

ack well thats unfortunate. considering the quality of some concert videos I've seen on youtube, I guess it'll do.
