Copy it to your computer, replace the card in the phone, copy back?

Or if you have a card reader, place the old card in the reader, the new one in your phone and copy directly.

You kidding right? Have the mSD mounted connect it via USB cable so it will read as USB Disk Drive. Then copy your data files and save it in new folder call it fSD. Once all saved put new card in and copy everything from fSD folder to new mSD.
