Sorry, I just felt the need to vent about the treatment I am receiving from Verizon. I finally reached the end of my rope today, when my bluetooth wouldn't turn on. I was once again trying to mount my fascinate to update to Froyo. I was told that using bluetooth would be way a to transfer files to the phone. And my Mac actually recognized the phone. So once again called verizon support with my issues of the mac, gps,bluetooth, & of course no update. I just climbed the levels of support. Every technician kept telling me they would only replace my phone with the same thing. And each time I explained that the trouble was with the software, not the phone. One tech even tried convincing me that her phone was just updated. Yeah, right. I am now waiting for another supervisor to call me within 48 hours. Their outright lying about no knowledge of these problems, even though I told them that these problems are documented all over the internet is so infuriating. Come on, they know these problems are real. don't they care about supporting their customers.(Sure lol). This time I am not letting up. I vow to hound them until they allow me to change phones.
