On Call Volume

I was on a phone call yesterday in the office and didn't want the other person (Happened to be Verizon rep) to be too loud. So I tried to attempt to turn the volume down and got nothing. Is this just a feature that was on my Palm Pre Plus that isn't prevalent or am I just doing it wrong. Do you not use the volume rocker?

i've not had this problem. adjusted volume during a call multiple times. hope if gets resolved for you.

With the volume rockers? As long as it's possible I'm fine. I understand that buggy things happen sometimes. Yesterday at one point everytime I tried to turn the ringer volume up or down it only affected the media volume. Maybe it was just a momentary thing.
