Are you using your connection for everything, like home use(PC/Laptop, xbox, etc) or are you just attempting to download the internet?
I started a thread last November asking the same question. I use just over 150GB per month most of the time. I have gone over 200GB a month a few times; http://forums.androidcentral.com/verizon/228599-whats-most-data-youve-used-month.html I'm currently at 50GB with 20 days until my data resets.
How did you "unlimited" folks get an affordable rate? Are you grandfathered in to an older smartphone plan? I'm on the More Everything plan, and Verizon would charge me another $300/month to upgrade my data plan from 4 GB to 50 GB. I had to instead pay AT&T to get DSL installed in my apartment.

3Gb for 2 phones and 2 tablets. I have wifi access 99% of the time. Home Internet connection is faster and far cheaper than Verizon 4G due to their data caps.

I thought they couldn't throttle 4g?
