I went ahead and pre-ordered a 16GB Blue model from Verizon. Figure we should hear something about the RAZR HD by mid-July to make a decision.

Down for a blue 32!

I sure would like to at least hear what the details are about the family-share data plans before I lose my window to make changes. (The Mrs. is getting even more antsy about still using a feature phone when there will be two smartphones sitting in the drawer unused.)

Have to re-order so I can keep my options open, but it would be nice if they would just state what their family-share plans are.

I believe it's charged when a shipping label is generated and is ready for shipment.

I'm just repeating what the online rep said. She specifically said your card gets charged when you receive your phone and activate it. But, I believe you would get charged once it's shipped. Otherwise you could receive the phone, not activate it for a month, and never get charged.

Of course, it's probably a mistake, but still...

In for a White 32gb. I think the price came out to $279.99. You really have to LOVE that upgrade fee. Thanks VZW. :-\

And most importantly, keeping the unlimited 4g data. Holla at a playa!

So many people ordering 32gb! You do realize you can get 64gb SD cards for 50 bucks, right?
32gb for 250
or 16gb phone+64gb SD card for 250

Pretty obvious choice, imho.

32gb for 250

Pretty obvious choice, imho.

It is more a matter of convenience than just total storage space for me.

When I travel for work I take my phone and tablet. If the hotel TV has an HDMI connection, I use the phone to watch TV recordings/movie and then use the tablet to surf while watching. If the hotel doesn?t have HDMI, I use the tablet to watch shows.

Thus, I tend to swap uSD cards back and forth a fair bit.

Having 32GB on the phone allows me to keep a fairly large sum of music on the phone in addition to not having to worry about pictures and video taken and stored on the phone.

Heck, until a day or so ago, I thought I was going to have to pay $300 just for the 16GB version. $250 for the 32GB version is cake!

Preordered the 16gb blue version this morning. The white looks good too, but decided on the blue. I also only did the 16gb because I don't think I would need now then 16 plus I have a 32gb in my thunderbolt I will be moving over.

In for 16GB white. I did change my texting plan.. that shouldn't affect my unlimited data right?

Also, strangely, it wouldn't let me change the billing name (set to the primary user on a family plan). I put in my credit card number, should still work right?
I was wondering the same thing. I called and asked them about it and they said it will be fine. It would have not gone through if it didnt accept your card.
