I have a user whose email address is jdoe@something.com. However when anyone clicks reply to an email they get an undeliverable with the following error:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
something.com\joedoe (something.com\joedoe@something.com
The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
This is Office365 environment. This just started to happen yesterday according to the end user.
