Why do some people have some of the new apps from JB

and others don't? I don't have blocking mode. Not that I'm complaining because I don't even know what that is. I have noticed in the past with other updates that this was happening. Just curious.

Do have a Verizon version? I believe it was disabled on this version but included on other variants. Not sure why.
