HTC One - Issues with video

Hi, I picked up the HTC One but have been noticing significant issues with video recording. When i record video in the camera or snapchat it freezes at the end for approx. 2-3 seconds, but audio continues. It basically doesn't cut off at the right time. This mostly happens in low lighting environments. Is this happening to anyone else? anyone know of a fix? It really irritates me that the videos are coming out poor in low light and freezing at the end... also front facing camera video quality is really poor and noisy in low light!
