Water Damage Stickers

Just did a battery pull to try and fix the 'speakerphone issue' a couple threads down and noticed the water damage stickers both on the battery and the phone itself have a pink cross pattern design on them. Does this mean they have been activated?

My phone has never even been close to any situation where i would even think of saying there is a possibility I have gotten water damage.

Also say a 'VOID' sticker on top of one of the screws, I assume this is so they know if you open the phone all the way up?

as long as the pattern is still there its good, when water comes in contact the lines get blurred and the sticker is just pink

Just checked my three OEM (HTC) batteries, which have never been exposed to moisture, and they all have the pink cross pattern too which is normal. As already mentioned, they will smear or turn bright pink/red if exposed to moisture. And yah, the void sticker over the screw is to ensure you haven't cracked open the case which would void the warranty.
