you can get. Hc version as well, even if you don't have a hc device, it will say incompatible, but will let you buy.

I got it but now it shows the free version and pro version in my app list. Nothing major but I was hoping it would have replaced the free version.

You have to download it from a desktop. I downloaded the Phone version from my phone and the HC version from my computer after it warned me it may be incompatible with my current devices.
Hopefully, I'll have a tablet soon as soon as android becomes more stable on my HP Touchpad.

I used Dolphin browser in desktop mode, and it let me buy it from my TBolt.
